गाजर घास के साथ मेरे दो दशक (भाग-27, अंतिम भाग )
गाजर घास के साथ बीते दो दशको ने काफी सबक सीखाये। मैने इस खरपतवार के विभिन्न पहलुओ को करीब से जाना। इस पर अनुसन्धान किया और अपनी क्षमता के अनुसार आम लोगो को जागृत किया। दुनिया भर के गाजर घास के विशेषज्ञ आज एक मंच पर तो आ गये है पर अभी भी उनमे आपस संवादहीनता की स्थिति है। आने वाले समय मे मेरा यह प्रयास रहेगा कि मै इस संवादहीनता को दूर कर उन्हे लगातार चर्चा करने के लिये प्रेरित करुँ। गाजर घास पर सैकडॉ विशेषज्ञ कार्य कर रहे है पर बहुत कम विशेषज्ञ ऐसे है जो केवल गाजर घास पर काम कर रहे है। जो दिन-रात, सोते-उठते सिर्फ इसके विषय मे सोचते रहते है। जिस तेजी से गाजर घास फैल रही है उसे देखते हुये ऐसे समर्पित विशेषज्ञो की फौज तैयार करने की जरुरत है। ऐसी फौज उन स्वयमसेवियो की भी बनाने की आवश्यकत्ता है जो आत्म प्रेरणा से गाजर घास पर काम करना चाहते है पर उन्हे कही से प्रोत्साहन नही मिल रहा है।
यह आम लोगो के साथ समस्या है कि वे जल्दी से समस्याओ को भूल जाते है और नयी समस्याओ मे उलझ जाते है। हमारा मीडिया भी इसी ढर्रे पर चलता रहा है। गाजर घास के विषय मे कम खबरो का छपना इस बात का द्योतक है। मेरा यह जीवन गाजर घास के लिये समर्पित है। इसलिये मुझे ही जनजागरण की अलख को जगा कर रखना होगा। एक दशक के बाद मै फिर अपने अनुभव के आधार पर लिखूंगा पर यही प्रार्थना है ईश्वर से कि उस समय तक गाजर घास देश मे बचे ही न और मुझे लिखना ही न पडे। काश ऐसा हो जाये।
इस वर्ष अर्थात 2008 को मैने लिखा है कि वर्ष 2022 तक रतनजोत की क्या स्थिति होगी। उसी तरह मै गाजर घास पर लिखने का मन बना रहा हूँ। यदि हमारे योजनाकारो मे अभी की तरह ही इच्छा शक्ति का अभाव रहा तो गाजर घास का कहर दशको तक जारी रहेगा। आपसी खीचतान के मुद्दो पर देश मे कई चुनाव हो गये पर आधारभूत मुद्दो पर जिससे आम जनता का सीधे सरोकार है, कभी चुनाव नही लडे गये। यदि जनता ठान ले कि गाजर घास जैसे मुद्दो पर चुनाव हो तो इस देश की स्थिति बदलने मे समय नही लगेगा।
आपने इतने धैर्य से इस लम्बी लेखमाला को पढा इसके लिये मै आपका आभारी हूँ। आपकी रुचि देखकर मै आशांवित हूँ कि गाजर घास मे विभिन्न पहलुओ से जुडी बाते आम लोगो तक आपके भी माध्यम से पहुँचेगी और उन्हे प्रेरित करेंगी कि इस विदेशी अभिशाप को जड से नष्ट किया जाये। सबका समंवित प्रयास इस हरे कैसर से आगामी पीढी को बचायेगा और गाजर घास मुक्त भारत के स्वप्न को साकार करेगा।
